Create a Visability Plan to Map Social Media Efforts

With social media changing how we market our businesses today, there is a new document your business needs.  In addition to a business plan and a marketing plan, you should also create a Visability Plan.   Basically a summary of all the ways that you are putting yourself and your company out there online.  How are you keeping your customers engaged, informed and maybe even entertained?   

The plan should entail what forms of social media and web applications you use and what ones you plan to implement soon.  By organizing all of this data onto one simple document it’s easier to see the whole picture and catch any gaps you may need to close.  Are you concentrating too much on one are and not enough on others?  The list of available social networks and web tools is incredible.  And by tomorrow morning there will be even more!  Your visability plan should help bring some clarity to it for you.
